To enroll in the My Mason Health Patient Portal, visit any of the following locations:

• Mason General Hospital Registration Desks at 901 Mountain View Drive in Shelton
• Mason Clinic Registration Desks at 1701 N. 13th Street in Shelton
• Health Information Management (HIM) office at 2505 Olympic Highway North, Suite 410 in Shelton

MyMasonHealth is a great new way to access your information from the convenience and privacy of your home computer or mobile device 24 hours day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.

1. Patients 13 years through 17, will have limited access to health records in order to protect patients’ privacy and comply with Washing State laws. Limited access consists of messaging your provider and requesting appointments. Parent/Legal Guardians with proxy access, will have limited portal access to message the minors’ provider or request an appointment.
2. The Patient Portal is not to be used for emergencies or urgent medical questions. The Patient Portal shall be used for non-urgent medical questions and other non-urgent communications.
