Vinita Singh, MSN, MBA, RN, CCRN serves as the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Mason General Hospital, bringing more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in acute care. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and compassion while advancing patient-centered care.  In her role, Vinita partners with executive leaders and frontline teams to strengthen nursing practice, improve patient outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency. She provides strategic oversight for Acute Care Services and the Emergency Department, ensuring alignment with Mason Health’s mission and values.  Passionate about performance improvement and evidence-based practice, Vinita leads initiatives that elevate nursing services and reflect the unique needs of the rural community Mason Health serves.
