Andrew Young

Andrew Young was born and raised in Seattle. He graduated from Washington State University, Pullman in 2022. He has been working in Human Resources ever since, starting at Wild Waves then the Seattle Art Museum.

Young moved down to Olympia in 2025 and has been with Mason Health since February 2025. In 2026, he successfully earned the Professional in Human Resources credential from the Human Resource Certification Institute.

The PHR is a nationally recognized credential that validates an HR professional’s ability to apply best practices in employee relations, compliance, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. At its core, the certification emphasizes sound judgment, ethical decision-making, and the ability to build strong relationships while delivering meaningful service to employees and leaders alike.
